For West Malaysia delivery:
-We provided FREE delivery for Klang valley customers.
-To other states, Ninja Van / DHL Express and our appointed courier transport will do the delivery job.
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
For East Malaysia delivery:
-DHL Express and 3rd party logistic partner will do the delivery job.
Delivery time: 4-7 working days
For international delivery:
** International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
** We are not responsible and liable for any losses or broken during the delivery process as well as late delivery made by courier services.
Delivery time: 5-14 working days
Q: What international shipping method do you provide?
A: We offer DHL and SF Express delivery services.
Q: How fast do you ship my order?
A: Once we received your confirmation for Artwork and Deposit, we’ll start rushing with your order and ship out within 5-7 working days(Exclude Sunday and Public Holiday). Orders without any printing, goods will be ready for delivery or collection from our warehouse by next working day.
